Supporting your team with internal service design
Let’s talk about designing the behind the scenes processes and tools used by your employees so they can deliver great service to your customers.
At this table we’ll get into:
• What is internal service design and who is responsible for delivering it
• How to approach creating a customer journey map for employees
• The challenges of prioritising internal process enhancements over designing product features
• How to build the business case for internal improvements
• How to breakdown the silos to use design for impact across an organisation
Come and join the conversation if you’re involved with or just curious about designing the employee experience.
