Design leadership can be hard. The Leading Design Slack community is a safe space for design leaders to forge deep connections, share collective wisdom and talk about the realities of their roles.

The community has grown organically to include over 2,500 global design leaders.

In order to maintain this focus we have three criteria for joining which are outlined below. If these apply to you please complete the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Criteria 01

I’m a senior design leader of an in-house or agency team

Criteria 02

I'm either the most senior design representative in your company, or a member of the design leadership team (at larger orgs)

I've moved away from delivery and aren’t a “player-coach.”
