The Leading Design Slack community started life as a place for our conference speakers to connect. It has since grown to become a thriving community of over 1,500 senior design leaders. For more information about the community and code of conduct, please have a read through of Andy's original blog post.

The three main criteria for joining are outlined below. If these apply to you please complete the form and one of our volunteers will get back to you as soon as their schedules allow. We look forward to having you with us.

Criteria 01

I’m a senior design leader of an in-house or agency team

Criteria 02

I'm either the most senior design representative in your company, or a member of the design leadership team (at larger orgs)

I've moved away from delivery and aren’t a “player-coach.”
