Lauren Pleydell-Pearce

Lauren is the Chief Creative Officer at PwC UK, leading a diverse team of strategists and designers. Her mission is to collaborate with organisations, leveraging design to address strategic challenges, whether it's crafting new brands or innovating products, services, or immersive experiences. She is a strong advocate for a brand-led, human-centred, and design-driven approach, firmly believing in the transformative power of creativity across all contexts.

With nearly two decades of experience in the world's leading digital and creative agencies, Lauren has had the privilege of working with industry giants like Audi, McDonald's, Coca-Cola, Spotify, Starling Bank, The Old Vic, Volvo and more helping them navigate complex challenges.

Lauren is honoured to be recognised as one of the '30 Female Creative Trailblazers' in the UK by Campaign, and is proud to have had roles as D&AD Jury President, a D&AD Shift Sponsor, Creative Circle/DMA/Effie UK Judge, and BIMA UK Creative Council Member.

She’s committed to making a difference in the creative industry and proudly serves as an Advisory Board Member for the social enterprise Mediorite, and contributes time to mentorship programs like 'Megamentor,' 'Mentor Black Business,' and 'Who's Your Momma,' all aimed at fostering inclusivity and diversity in our creative community. Beyond her professional life, she’s passionate about coffee, skiing, is a big car nerd, and indulges in a love of food.
