Jared Erondu
Jared is a design leader, investor, and advisor. He grew up across three continents which has made diversity & inclusion a core part of his values.
He’s currently the SVP of Design at Lattice, where he supports an org that spans Brand Design, Content Design, Product Design, Research, and Operations. Lattice is a people management platform that helps companies make the most of their talent.
Jared is deeply passionate about community, B2B, emerging tech, and knowledge-sharing. He channels this through investing, advising, and his two side projects; High Resolution and Playbook.
High Resolution is a 25-episode video series where design leaders from companies like Airbnb, IDEO, Google, and Microsoft share how they drive business success through design. High Resolution has been streamed 7M+ times. Playbook is a knowledge-sharing platform with a design community of 7k+ members.
Jared founded two companies and has consulted/advised for others like Y Combinator, MIT, Ironclad, Front, and Greylock Partners. He previously led design at Teespring and was an early designer at Omada Health. Before design, Jared was a tech journalist.
