About Sedef
Sedef has dedicated the last 17 years to designing products and services that customers love. As the Digital Director of Student Experience at UAL she leads a team comprising UX, research, UI, software engineering, data and content. Having previously been the Chief Digital & Product Officer at Natural History Museum in London and Head of Digital at the British Council.
Prior to that Sedef was a consultant based at global creative agencies, where clients included private and public sector organisations of all sizes and at different stages of digital maturity.
Sedef brings scientific curiosity to her work, which she honed during her PhD, at the University of Oxford. She inspires people through her BBC appearances, speaking at conferences and mentoring the design community.
