About the talk

From evolution to revolution

- SFJAZZ Center

Decoding change is hard, but we can learn a lot from those who have embraced evolution and those who brought revolution in times of adversity. Design has undergone a monumental shift — impacted by environmental, social, economic, and technological factors.

Aditi’s own journey in design leadership has been described in part evolutionary, as a response to change, and that of a revolutionary for the problems she solved along the way. In this talk, besides sharing anecdotes, Aditi will also bring tactics from her toolkit that she believes can help design leaders and our community to become the change - makers we so desperately seek in 2023 and beyond.
