WHAT IS THE STATUS OF LEADING DESIGN EVENTS?
As circumstances are changing we are closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and considering all the options available to us.
We're excited to get back to in-person events with our Leading Design New York conference in March 2022. As always the conference will bring together an incredible line-up of speakers. There will be a virtual version happening online two weeks later for those who can't make it in-person.
We will keep in touch with our ticket holders on a regular basis about future events. If you have any questions in the meantime please contact events@clearleft.com and the team will be happy to help.
We are hugely passionate about our events and the wellbeing of our attendees and team, and work hard to make our events a seamless experience. As we adjust and adapt to the new challenges and opportunities presenting themselves, we are working hard to ensure we can deliver the high quality of events synonymous with the Leading Design brand, and we wholeheartedly appreciate your support and patience while we navigate this uncertain period.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE IN-PERSON NEW YORK 2022 EVENT HAS TO BE CANCELED?
Your ticket will be transferred to the virtual conference on 29 & 30 March and you’ll receive a partial refund for the difference in ticket price ($500 - $900 depending on ticket type).
OR
You can retain a credit to use against future Clearleft events.
WHAT IF I'M UNABLE TO TRAVEL TO NEW YORK DUE TO GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS
Your ticket will be transferred to the virtual conference on 29 & 30 March and you’ll receive a partial refund for the difference in ticket price ($500 - $900 depending on ticket type).
OR
You can retain a credit to use against future Clearleft events
WILL THE VIRTUAL EVENT BE RECORDED?
Keynote talks will be recorded and all ticket holders will have access to the recordings on-demand for three months after the event.
WILL I NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT TO TAKE PART IN THE VIRTUAL EVENT?
A laptop/computer and an internet connection are all you need. A comfy chair is also recommended.
CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes, just contact events@clearleft.com with your ticket reference number and the: name, email, job title and company of the person you’d like to transfer the ticket to.
WHEN WILL THE SCHEDULE GO LIVE?
We’re currently working with an amazing lineup of speakers and contributors and we’ll add them as they are announced. The full schedule will be live a month or so before the event.
WHAT IS BEING DONE TO MAKE THE EVENT ACCESSIBLE?
All our recorded talks will be captioned and live virtual sessions will be transcribed.
