Le Skyroom at L'Alliance New York

New York 2025

Forty design leaders, one important topic. Join us in Manhattan to shape a shared vision for the future of design leadership in an AI-driven world.
Brought to you by

Leading Design New York will bring design leaders together for a meaningful conversation on the future of design in a rapidly changing, AI-driven world.

AI is here. It's already having an impact. As design leaders we are uniquely placed to not only to steer how we incorporate these tools into our organisations, but to help set a trajectory for the future of our profession.

Join us to co-create a shared vision for ourselves, our teams and our practice.

Talk with peers

This one day event will include expert input from fellow design leaders, meaningful roundtable discussions, and plenty of opportunities to engage in outcome-focused debate on the evolving role of design leadership with your industry peers.

Connect with allies

You'll get a temperature check on our industry and hear first hand how other organisations are moving forward. But perhaps most importantly, you'll connect with a network of allies that can provide energy and solidarity for the uncharted path ahead.

The Juvet Agenda

Six years ago Leading Design brought together a group of leaders at the Juvet nature retreat in Norway to explore possible futures for AI within our industry, and beyond. Well, AI is well and truly here now so we think it’s time to revisit those possibilities and get serious about what’s next for design.
