The first two days of the event will include a variety of keynotes, short talks, and panel discussions. There will be a wide range of topics including the challenges of design leadership, the differences between leadership in traditional companies and tech companies, recruiting the perfect design team, instilling a healthy design culture, managing personal growth, and becoming a better leader.

As well as the talk days, the three day ticket will give you access to a full day of design leadership workshops from some of the biggest names in the business. There will be no pre-selection, instead you’ll get to choose which workshops you want to attend on the day, allowing you the flexibility to move between sessions and pick the perfect workshop to fit your needs.
