Lisa has spent her career creating evocative, holistic experiences through harnessing storytelling, advancing technology, and pointed leadership of talented, passionate teams.
Currently, she is Director of Design at Booking.com where she started almost five years ago as part of a new Design Leadership team dedicated to evolving the import, role, and impact of design within the leading travel corporation headquartered in Amsterdam. She is devoted to team-building, change management, and raising the quality, visibility, and influence of user experience organizations.
Through insight, education, collaboration, and cultural and organizational development, she grows teams and creates products in ways that build leadership, customer loyalty and delight, corporate revenue. Anderson’s background is in traditional and multimedia publishing; she’s acted as a designer, writer, editor, managing editor, producer, executive producer. She was Executive Producer at Corbis and at R/GA in New York.
In the corporate software world, she’s acted as Director, Senior Director, and VP at Microsoft, Intuit, Autodesk, and Sears, managing copy and content strategy, user research, and design.
