The myth of the well-functioning design team...
You may think that the big name companies have design all figured out. They have beautiful products, well-documented design systems, engaging blog posts, conference talks on how great their processes and practices are, and about all the cool things they do. Guess what? It’s all lies. When you look behind the curtain, all the pretty things are only a facade. Let’s talk real talk and discuss how we should stop aiming for a static state of perfection and accept that some things will always be broken. How you pick up the pieces, move forward, and grow from this process is what will define if you’re successful, and this is what makes a difference.
