Employee first mindset, your customer experience will not exceed your employee experience...
User experience (UX) and employee experience are deeply interconnected because both fundamentally focus on creating positive, efficient and satisfying interactions within their respective environments.
By aligning UX principles with the creation and maintenance of employee-facing systems and policies, organisations can ensure that their employees are supported, satisfied, and efficient, mirroring the goals they typically set for customer-facing UX efforts.
