Co-designing organisational change...
Rachel will lead a conversation that digs into the hairy topic of organisational change. She'll ask: How might Designers and User Researchers leverage tools from their practice to articulate a Product Vision, align others, and steer the ship?
She'll share examples from her recent experiences with Multiverse, the UK's first EdTech Unicorn, and from Google, where she used Sprint and co-design methods to drive product and organisational change.
Attendees will share and unpack real-world examples of how co-design methods can catalyse meaningful organisational shifts, empowering designers and user researchers to lead impactful structural change within their own companies.
