Jonas Grinevičius is VP of Design & Research at Vinted. Joining as a product designer over a decade ago, he's grown alongside the company as it became the world's largest marketplace for second-hand fashion.
During his early years at Vinted, Jonas designed key features including the transactional experience and member-support solutions that helped monetise the platform and build trust. He also led the brand evolution that continues to define Vinted's visual identity. As he transitioned to leadership, Jonas scaled the design and research team from 5 to 90 and helped launch Vinted Go, now Europe's fastest-growing out-of-home shipping service.
Before tech, Jonas practiced architecture in Vilnius and Lisbon. Based in Vilnius today, he finds flow through water sports and drumming.
