Rebecca is the strategic programme lead for Leading Design. She specialises in developing and delivering large scale projects which support leadership, talent, community and innovation.

Rebecca is an experienced public speaker and has presented at international conferences on the topics of diversity and inclusion in tech, leadership in the digital sector, and skills priorities for business growth and recovery. She has led panels at government events including UK Trade and Investment and UK Tech Cluster.

Rebecca masterminds the Leading Design programme supporting the global design leadership community.
