Sarah Moser is a Design Director at Slack who makes the complex simple, elevating everyday product experiences into moments that are useful and considered with a side of clever delight. With over a decade of design leadership, she pairs strategic vision with a discerning eye for craft, bringing genuine style to products people love to use while building high-growth, deeply motivated teams.

Throughout her career, Sarah has been intentional about aligning her path with organisations committed to doing good in the world. She has led design teams and shaped product experiences for iconic brands, including Mailchimp, Warby Parker, and Huge. Her expertise spans UI design, UX strategy, and scaling design systems across global platforms.

Beyond driving product innovation, Sarah is passionate about empowering the creative community, having spent years mentoring emerging talent as an instructor at Parsons School of Design.

Grounded in her Midwestern roots, Sarah holds a BFA from the Columbus College of Art & Design. She is happily settled in the Catskills of Upstate New York with her husband and young daughter surrounding herself in creative community while approaching work and life with vigour, showing up with empathy, clarity, and purpose.
