WHAT IS THE STATUS OF LEADING DESIGN SAN FRANCISCO EVENT?

In these unprecedented times and as circumstances are changing daily we are of course closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and exploring all the options available to us.

We will keep in touch with our attendees on a regular basis to update on our plans as we hope to have a definitive decision in the coming weeks. If you have any questions in the meantime please contact events@clearleft.com and the team will be happy to help. Or take a look at our FAQ’s below.

It’s worth saying, we are hugely passionate about our events and our attendees and work hard to make our events a seamless experience. The current situation requires that we pivot, we want to get it right, so we wholeheartedly appreciate your support and patience while we work hard to get where we need to be.

IF THE EVENT IS POSTPONED WILL MY TICKET STILL BE VALID?

Yes all tickets will be valid for the new dates should the event be postponed.

WHEN WILL I KNOW ABOUT THE NEW DATES IF THE EVENT IS POSTPONED?

We will aim to give at least 6 months notice to allow attendees to make new travel plans. However we will have to respond to the ongoing situation with COVID-19 and ask for your patience as we plan how best to move forward in these unprecedented times.

IF THE EVENT IS VIRTUAL WILL MY TICKET STILL BE VALID?

Yes absolutely!

CAN I GET A REFUND IF THE EVENT IS POSTPONED?

As per our T&Cs as the event is being postponed rather than cancelled we aren’t refunding tickets. Any questions about this please do get in touch with events@clearleft.com

WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE THE NEW DATES?

Currently we would need to re-sell your ticket if you can’t make the new dates. Do let us know and we can put your ticket back on sale should we need to.
