It’s worth saying, we are hugely passionate about our events and our attendees and work hard to make our events a seamless experience. The current situation requires that we pivot, we want to get it right, so we wholeheartedly appreciate your support and patience while we work hard to get where we need to be.
Yes all tickets will be valid for the new dates should the event be postponed.
We will aim to give at least 6 months notice to allow attendees to make new travel plans. However we will have to respond to the ongoing situation with COVID-19 and ask for your patience as we plan how best to move forward in these unprecedented times.
As per our T&Cs as the event is being postponed rather than cancelled we aren’t refunding tickets. Any questions about this please do get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org
Currently we would need to re-sell your ticket if you can’t make the new dates. Do let us know and we can put your ticket back on sale should we need to.
