Marla has led high-performing digital teams for almost three decades, and is am passionate about creating purposeful, human-centred and inclusive digital products and services that really deliver value. With extensive experience creating and delivering digital products as well as within Agile and Scaled Agile methods. During her career, Marla has worked with organisations such as BCG Digital Ventures, BCG, Metcash, My NRMA, Pfizer, Vodafone, Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, Optus, Microsoft, Dell, Toyota, and Lexus and is humbled to know that her designs are in daily use by millions of people worldwide. 

Marla recently led the BCG Digital Ventures (BCGDV) Experience Design Team in Sydney from 2016 to 2019, responsible for scaling a multi-skilled team of world class designers - comprised of UX, interaction, UI, video, communication and animation - delivering human centred interaction and product design expertise across a range of ventures, from customer research, to idea and concept generation, all the way through incubation and commercialisation. 

Since moving back to London in 2023, Marla has led the Rapid Experiments team in Experience Design for the CIB at J.P. Morgan and more recently the Design Lead for Digital Enablement.
